About the position

As a cleaner/cleaning technician at Välstädat in Luleå, you will work with cleaning services, move-out cleaning, home cleaning, stair cleaning, and related service tasks. You are responsible for ensuring that the work maintains high quality and have daily contact with both customers and colleagues. We collaborate between locations, and work in other areas may occur.

About you

You are service-oriented, attentive, and have a professional demeanor. Since you meet customers daily, it is important that you are positive, friendly, and a good ambassador for Välstädat.

We prefer that you are independent, proactive, and meticulous, with a structured and systematic approach to work. Collaboration is important to us – with us, the team comes before the individual.

Meritorious:

• Experience in professional cleaning or other service work
• SRY, PRYL, or equivalent education

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Salary and benefits

• Starting salary for full-time: 27,968 SEK/month for those over 22 years without industry experience
• For those aged 18–22: 90% of the base salary
• For part-time employment, salary is proportioned according to the degree of employment
• Salary according to the collective agreement for property employees – Service entrepreneurship
• Wellness allowance of up to 4,000 SEK per year, depending on the degree of employment
